Visits are by appointment, and the salon asks clients to call ahead. Reminders go out by email one to two days before a booking. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice and can be made by email or phone. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. The salon is open seven days a week: Monday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The pedicure benches have stainless steel basins, jets, and ozone technology. Non-disposable instruments are sterilized in an autoclave after every use, and each client's tools are packed in a sealed pouch.
