Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service. Appointments cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours in advance through the booking system; cancellations have to be made manually, and clients are asked to call ahead when the appointment is closer.
Arriving late is allowed up to 15 minutes. After that the appointment is cancelled and a new one has to be booked with a deposit. No late fee is charged. If a client does not show up, the appointment is cancelled after the same 15 minutes and the card on file is charged the remaining balance. Rebooking after a no-show carries a $20 fee, and the balance already paid is applied to the new appointment.
Guests are not permitted, so clients should come to the salon alone. Clients can check the balance on a gift card or code on the booking page.
