Each service is shaped to the individual client's features, lifestyle and preferences rather than set to one standard pattern. First-time clients are welcome, and a Brow Goals Consultation with brow mapping is available for anyone deciding on a brow service.
Lash services include custom full sets, which take about two hours and fifteen minutes and come with a lash aftercare kit, and fills booked every two or three weeks. Brow services include a signature wax and henna tint that takes about 45 minutes; the henna stains the skin for up to two weeks, depending on skin type and aftercare. Waxing covers Brazilian and body services, with a first-time Brazilian wax for new waxers and a Brazilian Cooling Mask available as an add-on. Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are accepted for waxing.
Permanent options include ombré powder brows, which take about three and a half hours and include mapping, custom color selection, a perfecting session six to eight weeks later, and touch-up. Color boosts cover brows up to twelve months old and refreshes cover brows aged 13 to 24 months. Eligibility requirements for permanent brow services are listed on the booking page. The studio also offers scar and stretch-mark camouflage.
A deposit is required to reserve an appointment, and the amount varies by service. Requests are not confirmed until the deposit is paid, and deposits are non-refundable but applied to the total. Full payment is due at completion. Reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Monthly memberships for lashes and for lashes and brows include priority booking and a discount on waxing and brow services.
