Facials run from 45 to 120 minutes. The lighter options are built for dull or dehydrated skin and for a quick exfoliation and hydration visit, while the longer treatments address congested or breakout-prone skin, oily or high-stress skin, and uneven tone. Most use a mix of exfoliation, steam or hydradermabrasion, LED light therapy and massage. The Double Standard is an on-location option for two guests, each receiving a customized 60-minute treatment, starting at $375 for two. Travel fees may apply outside the local service area. Reiki Infusion adds a 15-minute energy session to any facial for $30.

Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service cost, and the deposit is not refunded in those cases. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 12 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Thursday and Friday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

PORE Star Society is a $110 monthly membership that includes one Main Character Skin facial each month, member savings, priority booking and member-only perks. It saves members $20 a month compared with individual pricing. Membership benefits apply automatically when members book on the services page and check out in store.
