Pedicures are the main spa-style focus. AJ's Signature Collagen Luxe is a seven-step service with fresh orange slices, exfoliation, paraffin wax, a foot mask, a 15-minute collagen lotion massage with warm steam and a warm herbal neck wrap, and it comes with a take-home lotion gift pack in a choice of Lemon Splash, Sweet Orange, Luxury Pearl or Lavender Lace scents. The Volcano Glow Spa Pedicure is a five-step option with detoxifying crystals, callus care, an orange-infused sugar scrub, paraffin, a collagen mask and a 12-minute collagen lotion massage. The Coconut Paradise, Green Tea Detox and Renew, Luxe Hydration, Essential Plus and Classic Refresh pedicures round out the menu, with hot stones, massage and warm towel wraps included in several of them. The Luxe Hydration option builds on the Essential Plus steps and finishes with warm paraffin. Extra massage is available in 5- and 10-minute options.

Longer-wearing nail options include Gel-X extensions, Builder Gel, gel and liquid gel sets, color powder in pink and white, T.A.P. Hybrid Gel and white tip sets, and dip powder with or without tips. SNS French ombré dipping is also available. Designs can be copied from Instagram, Pinterest or TikTok, or from a photo a client brings in, and inspiration pictures can be sent before the visit. A technician reviews each design and gives an estimated price based on its complexity and the products used. Pricing for chrome, cat eye, ombré, French tips, special shapes and length upgrades follows the current menu. Removal is available for acrylic, Gel-X, dip powder and gel polish. Repairs on nails done at another salon are accepted, but guarantees do not cover them, and booking repair appointments in advance is recommended. A 10-day guarantee applies to qualifying nail services and covers lifting, chipping, peeling, cracking and breakage, limited to the affected areas. Regular polish and waxing are not covered.

Eyelash and brow services include extensions, fills recommended within three weeks, lash removal, lash lift, lash tint, brow lamination and brow tint. The minimum age for these is 15, and clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission. Lash services are described as carrying a 14-day guarantee when aftercare is followed. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back, bikini line and Brazilian for female clients. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian, with a minimum age of 6 for nail services.

Payment is by cash, credit or debit card and most mobile payments, though Venmo and PayPal are not accepted. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee, and split payments are available. Tips can be given in cash or by card and go entirely to the technicians. Gift cards are sold in the salon. Groups of up to 10 guests can book together, including bridal parties, birthdays and family events, with one primary contact coordinating details; the salon tries to seat groups together when possible. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, complimentary water and wheelchair access are offered. Vietnamese- and English-speaking technicians are available when possible, and quiet appointments can be requested. Pets are not allowed except trained service animals, and clients may bring food and drinks.

Hygiene is a stated priority: tools are disinfected after each client, metal tools are sealed after sanitation, disposable items are single use, new pedicure liners are used for every client, and technicians wear gloves for pedicures.
