On the hair side, beard trims include clean-up and line-up, are done without a straight razor, and come with hot towels. Bang trims are a short quick service. Styling is a blowout that includes shampoo and conditioner, and a scissor cut includes a shampoo and style.
The nail menu covers soak-off removal, a builder gel overlay that adds strength and thickness to natural nails without a tip, a basic manicure of shaping, filing and polish, and Gel-X extensions. The Gel-X price covers one color, and added designs or gems are charged per two nails.
Waxing ranges from small areas like the nose, ears, lip and sideburns to larger areas such as the chest, back, legs and a full body session. A full body wax covers the lip, eyebrows, underarms, Brazilian area and full legs. A tea tree jelly mask can be added to waxing and is used to help with redness after waxing, to tighten the look of pores and to moisturize.
The salon charges 30% of the quoted price for cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of an appointment, and it does not issue refunds on services. If a client has a concern about a service, it must be raised within two days, and the client returns to the salon so the work can be checked. Adjustments are made at no cost within the same two-day window by rebooking with the stylist who did the service.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, and customers must be approved before their appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The booking page shows 76 reviews, according to the salon.
