AIYANA med was founded by nurse practitioner Rebecca Kelly as a women-owned practice. The practice describes its work as medical, science-backed wellness and aesthetic care for women, combining advanced aesthetics with personalized wellness. Its stated mission is to help women feel more confident, empower them, and create a sense of belonging.

There are two locations. The Salem office at 120 Commercial St NE, Suite 350, is open on Tuesdays from 11 AM to 3 PM. The Molalla office at 103 E Main St, Suite 3, is open on Thursdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Neurotoxin injections, including Botox and Dysport, are a core service. A neurotoxin visit typically takes 10 to 15 minutes with no downtime, and treatment can address forehead lines, between-brow lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, the chin and the neck. Neurotoxins can also relax the masseter muscles for TMJ symptoms. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are placed around the eyes, lips, cheeks and mouth, with results often visible right away and further settling over time. Filler options include Restylane Kysse, Lyft, Refyne, Eyelight, Contour and Defyne. Sculptra and lip plump treatments are also offered.

Microneedling for the face, neck, chest, acne scars, stretch marks and hyperpigmentation is commonly done as a series of three to six sessions. It uses the SkinPen device, followed by ALASTIN Regenerative Skin Nectar, a hydrojelly mask and medical-grade LED light. PRP is also offered for the face. On the wellness side, the medically guided weight loss program uses prescription medications such as GLP-1s and phentermine alongside nutrition and exercise plans. Peptide therapy uses NAD+ and Sermorelin, and vitamin injections deliver B vitamins, vitamin C and other micronutrients. Peptide therapy and vitamin injections are given by trained medical professionals. Supplements are sold through the online shop.

The AIYANA VIP Membership is priced at $175 a month, and those payments go into a Beauty Bank that members can apply toward later treatments and services. Members receive member rates, priority booking, a complimentary yearly wellness consultation that the salon values at $150, $100 off lip plump and neurotoxin, 40 units of neurotoxin billed at RN rates, and a buy-two, get-one-free offer on Sculptra treatments. Enrollment carries a three-month commitment, and cancelling requires written notice given 30 days ahead. Beauty Bank funds that go unused expire after 12 months, memberships renew each year, and any balance left after cancellation expires six months later. Membership benefits can't be passed to or shared with another person. The salon also offers full-year Refresh and Signature packages, which save $1,000 and $1,500 respectively for clients who commit to the full year.
