The practice was founded by Katrina Guzman, a nurse practitioner who also works in aesthetic medicine and primary care in New York City. Its menu spans wrinkle relaxers made with BOTOX, DYSPORT or JEUVEAU, hyaluronic acid fillers for the lips and other enhancements, microneedling for the face, neck and décolletage, and botulinum toxin treatments for sweating and for jaw and neck tension.

Every client starts with an individualized consultation. New patients can book a complimentary 30-minute 'Tox consultation, and enhancement follow-ups for filler and 'Tox are scheduled about two weeks after the original treatment.

The practice also hosts private parties, including bachelor and bachelorette parties and book club events. These take place at the client's home or at the practice. Gift cards are available for purchase.
