Appointments are booked online, with services grouped into brows, fills, freestyles, full sets (offered with or without spikes), mini fills and removals.
The studio has its own cancellation and payment rules. Refunds are not given, and services paid in full can be used within 30 days of purchase. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice and a deposit, within a two-week window. A same-day cancellation is charged 50% of the service amount, and a no-call no-show is charged the full amount, with a card kept on file for both.
Appointments outside regular hours carry a $30 after-hour fee, and a $40 fee applies on holidays.
