Knotless braids come in small, medium, large and smedium sizes, and the Boho knotless version is offered in small, medium, smedium and jumbo. A full Boho or Bora Bora knotless style with 100% human hair is available and includes 200 grams of hair. The business describes its boho bundles as virgin, tangle-free, frizz-free and lightweight. Feed-in cornrows, with or without a saw-in finish, and a combined knotless and feed-in cornrow service complete the braid menu.

The locs menu covers retwisting by traditional or crochet method, traditional retie or interlock, and micro loc retie. Starter locs are offered for men, and 2-strand twist starter locs with extensions and braid locs with extensions are also available. Loc repair and restoration is priced by the number of locs that need reattaching, and retwisting is not included in that price. Micro locs without extensions and micro twist extensions with human hair both require a free consultation before booking.

Other offerings include box braids, individual braids, micro braids, mini braids, miracle knots, several twist styles, braids and twists over locs using synthetic hair, men's cornrows, men's plait braids, braid take-down and a perimeter touch-up. Consultations can be held in person or virtually by FaceTime or another video chat app. Prices are starting points and can change with hair length, size, density and style.

Clients book with a $25 non-refundable deposit sent through Zelle, and a screenshot showing the full name, appointment time and service is texted to confirm. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice for the deposit to transfer. Final payment is made in cash or Zelle, and a small processing fee may apply to electronic payments. The business is open Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 9 pm, and closed Sundays. Hair should arrive clean, free of product, detangled and blow-dried straight, unless the stylist agrees otherwise beforehand.

Each booking begins with a consultation, which is required before micro locs and micro twist extensions. Prices are quoted as starting points and adjust to the length, size, density and style of the hair.
