The pedicure menu has eleven options priced from $20 to $149. Simpler visits cover polish changes, express pedicures and a classic pedicure with a sugar scrub and mud mask. Mid-range options add nail shaping, cuticle care, a gentleman's pedicure, and a harmony pedicure with a 25-minute foot rub. The higher-priced services bring in longer foot massage, warm basalt stones, herbal eye pillows and warm neck wraps.
The top two pedicures are the most involved. The Blissful Balance Pedicure is one hour with a 50-minute foot rub, and the Ultimate Bliss Pedicure runs 1 hour 30 minutes with a 60-minute foot rub plus 60 extra minutes of foot and hand moisturizing. The business describes the Ultimate Bliss as its most indulgent option.
Booking is online through the website, and clients receive a confirmation email to finish the reservation. Arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened so the next guest is not held up. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Children under 12 are only admitted when they are receiving a service. Gift cards can be bought online or in store, used for any service, and do not expire, but they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The studio's services aim at relaxation, comfort and cosmetic results. None is intended as medical care for identifying, treating or curing a health problem. Guests should flag any allergy, skin sensitivity or medical condition when booking, before any treatment begins. Online bookings are paid up front by card or a digital wallet, and in-person visits accept card, debit or cash. Completed services are non-refundable, but anyone unhappy with their visit can raise it, and the team will work to put it right. Opening hours run Monday through Saturday from 10am until 7pm, with Sunday hours of 11am to 6pm. The salon is closed on Tuesdays.
The business aims to refine traditional foot care with a focus on comfort and relaxation in a private setting, and it says it follows strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
