The Upper East Side spa is at 30 East 67th Street, 5th floor, and can be reached at 212-861-1007. It is open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, works by appointment only, and has private treatment rooms where each client receives a personalized skin analysis. The Tribeca spa is at 64 North Moore Street, phone 917-472-7743, and is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Treatments there are by appointment only, and every session starts with a private consultation and skin assessment. Appointments at both spas can be booked online or by phone.

Facials form the core of the menu. Options include several Biologique Recherche facials, Mansard Bio Visage facials that use bio-electrotherapy, HydraFacial, Cynosure radiofrequency, microneedling, Environ peel and Oxylight treatments. The Aida Bicaj Signature Facial is a 60-minute introductory facial that combines European deep cleansing, customized techniques and serums. The spa calls the 120-minute Lumina Luxe facial its most transformative treatment; it combines deep cleansing, microneedling, dermaplaning, a cold peel, a collagen mask and LED light therapy.

For weddings, red-carpet preparation and other special occasions, the spas offer multi-session seasonal and event programs, including bridal and event skin prep. A Private Spa Buyout reserves the whole spa for one invited group, such as a bridal party, corporate wellness retreat or group celebration, with a menu of facials, massages and body therapies chosen for each guest; availability is arranged by phone through the concierge team. New clients are advised to have a consultation to assess their skin and plan a treatment and home routine. An online consultation and a free skin care evaluation are also available.

Each treatment starts with a look at the client's skin as it is that day, alongside lifestyle and daily habits. Product recommendations are chosen for quality rather than trends, with the aim of long-term skin care over a quick fix.
