The salon is run by owner Don Sharrett, who says he has worked in the hair business for more than thirty years. It lists two addresses on Evergreen Way in Everett, and the main location is a store of about 5,000 square feet.

Hair replacement is the core of the business. Stock units are delivered the day after an order is received, while custom units take about six weeks and can be made by mail from a photo of how the client combs their hair and a hair sample. Units are built with human hair from India, with gray sections made from synthetic hair. Most ventilating jobs can be returned the next day, and same-day repairs take up to three hours. Repairs are offered to private clients and companies, with an approximate quote given by phone.

Beyond hair systems, the salon offers wigs, hair extensions, integrations, hair color, foils and perms, along with chemical peels, diamond and oxide microdermabrasion, and body wraps meant to soften and tighten the skin. Online booking is available, and the salon has an online store with a price list. AHC Barber & Beauty College offers training in cosmetology, barbering, esthetics and manicuring.
