Services include women's haircuts, custom color and blonding. Clients can book a complimentary consultation of about 10 minutes to plan their services. Options run from a customized haircut and a custom curly cut to all-over color, root touch-ups, face framing, partial and full custom blonding with a gloss finish, and a gloss treatment. Nano Hair Extension installs are fully customized to each client's hair and take about four hours.

Treatments and add-ons include a split end treatment, a deep conditioner treatment with a wash and style, a scalp spa treatment with a scalp massage, and an extra head massage using essential oils and a hot towel. Maintenance haircuts are available to current clients, with a suggested rebooking every four to ten weeks. Gift cards can be bought through the booking page.

Booking policies: a valid card must stay on file from booking until the service is paid in full. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice to avoid fees. A client who does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time is treated as a no-show and charged the full service price. Complimentary adjustments are offered within 1.5 weeks for color and 1 week for haircuts. Refunds are not given. Outside products are not permitted, and children or guests may only come in when they are receiving a service unless arranged with Ariel.
