The studio is in suite 103 of Phenix Salon Suites, at the corner of Gateway Promenade and Santa Anita Ave in El Monte. Visitors ring the doorbell, use the screen to choose the directory and select suite 103 to be buzzed in.

Appointments are required, as the studio does not take walk-ins. Clients who cannot make their time are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so the appointment can be moved. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and closed on Sunday and Monday.

Haircuts include a clipper cut, a blunt cut and a layered cut, and color covers root touch-ups as well as full all-over color meant to refresh existing color. New clients need a consultation before booking a perm, which is offered for short hair only. Updos can be done as a housecall for an additional cost.

Owner Aggie Galvez is a licensed cosmetologist. The studio says its aim is good-quality work and a calm, pleasant visit for every client.
