The practice aims to keep clients looking youthful with a gentle, conservative but thorough approach. Treatment plans are built around each client's own features. Botox is used to soften frown lines between the brows, forehead creases and crow's feet, and the site describes it as FDA approved. A session takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and the site rates discomfort as none to mild. Visible changes appear within four to five days and generally last three to four months. According to the membership page, Botox starts at $11.25 per unit for orders over 40 units and $11.45 per unit for orders under 40 units. EMSculpt is FDA cleared for the abdomen, buttocks, arms, calves and thighs. Each session runs 30 minutes, and a minimum of four is booked two to three days apart. There is no downtime and no preparation is needed before or after. Results are generally noticed two to four weeks after the final session, with improvement continuing for several weeks.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and may be asked to reschedule or change services if they arrive 15 or more minutes late. Changes and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; no-shows or shorter notice carry a $100 cancellation fee. A credit card is required on file for new and current clients. Services and packages are non-refundable once purchased, and results are not guaranteed. Unopened, unused retail products may be returned within 7 days with the receipt, and opened products only for a documented allergic reaction within 48 hours of use. Payment is accepted by cash, gift certificate, American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard and Brenza Beauty dollars. CareCredit is available for transactions of $500 or more, and AllePay offers 0% interest for six months on eligible treatments, subject to credit approval. Gift certificates come in any amount and can be bought at the Sewell office or by phone. Local Flavor offers are for new patients only, one per client, and must be used in one visit.
