The spa describes its approach as combining advanced medical treatments with compassionate care. Its medical director leads clinical oversight across the practice. The space is designed in a calm, zen-inspired style.

A visit usually starts with a free consultation, where staff assess your concerns and explain which treatments would suit you. Free consultations are also offered for dermal fillers and Botox Cosmetic, with a custom plan and quote, and CoolSculpting consultations include a customized plan based on the number of cycles and the cost for each patient. Payment plans are available, along with financing through CareCredit and Cherry. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and cancellations need 24 hours notice by phone, with a $50 fee for shorter notice. Gratuities are not included in prices and can be added at checkout.

The spa says it received the Black Diamond Award and the Pinnacle Award as San Diego's leading provider of Thermage skin tightening; those are its own claims. Thermage can be used on the face, eyelids, chin, neck, arms, buttocks, stomach, legs and hands. Service sales, including packages and series, are final and not refundable. Unopened retail products in resalable condition can be refunded within 14 days with a receipt.
