Dr. Anh Alvey founded the studio as a calmer alternative to a traditional dental office. The studio describes itself as combining advanced dentistry with a relaxed, thoughtful design. Visits start with digital check-in and forms completed on a phone, and the treatment area has an overhead TV. A cool scented towel is offered on arrival. New patients are given ninety minutes for the first visit. Impressions are replaced with a wand-based 3D scan, and the studio uses cone beam 3D imaging for diagnosis and implant planning.

Fees are quoted in writing after an exam and before any treatment starts. The practice is insurance-independent and not in-network with any dental plan, so fees are the same for every patient. It will prepare and file out-of-network claims for patients with dental benefits, and financing is available for larger treatment. For uninsured new patients, a new-patient visit with exam, x-rays and cleaning is offered at $99 as a grand-opening offer. AGAVI Club is an annual membership covering two cleanings and exams a year, digital x-rays and fluoride, with member savings on treatment. The club has no deductibles, waiting periods or denials, and members receive member pricing on fillings.

AGAVI Medspa is overseen by a physician and offers Botox and neurotoxins for frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, along with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, lip fillers, laser and non-laser facials, laser hair removal, Smooth PDO threads, medical weight loss and men's health care. Botox is priced per treatment and dermal fillers per syringe, both quoted at a complimentary consultation. Medspa care can be booked alongside dental visits or on its own.

The studio follows a conservative, minimal-intervention philosophy and recommends only the treatment a patient needs, such as veneers only where they serve the result. It is fee-for-service by choice, with plans built around the patient's health rather than network rules.
