The facial menu ranges from classic and deep-cleansing treatments to HydraFacial, Fountain of Youth, Glo Illuminator and Skin Quencher. Signature facials for women include the Classic French Radiance Facial, which uses warm steam, a triple cleanse, sculpting massage and a custom mask; the Ageless Beauty Facial, built on jojoba and castor oils with gua sha and lip work; and the Natural Beauty Facial, which adds brow clean-up, optional extractions and microdermabrasion. For resurfacing, the spa offers glycolic peels at 30% and 60%, plus lactic, salicylic, modified Jessner, Bio Re, Perfect Derma and retinol with vitamin C options. Microneedling and dermaplaning are also available. The Silken Collagen Renewal is a three-phase series over 21 days for women 30 and older, combining dermaplaning, microneedling, a Perfect Derma Peel and a Flash Facial, with a $25 credit toward the next facial and a suggested frequency of up to four times a year.

Three monthly memberships are offered. The Radiance Facial Membership at $90 includes one classic facial a month (not HydraFacial), a gold collagen mask or microdermabrasion, and 10% off other services and products. The Agape Flow Membership at $105 includes one classic facial, one 60-minute massage or one back facial each month, and unused services roll over for up to six months. The Massage Care Membership at $120 includes one 90-minute classic massage, hot stones, and 10% off other services and products. Memberships begin with a six-month commitment; cancelling early carries a fee and forfeits remaining benefits. Prenatal massage and HydraFacial are not included. Prenatal and postpartum care is covered by The Prenatal Retreat, a 90-minute treatment described as safe in all trimesters, and The Afterglow, a 90-minute postpartum treatment for clients from six weeks to two years after birth. The Agape Mama Package includes five 75-minute prenatal massages, and The Agape Restore Package pairs five 60-minute Swedish massages with a 30-minute Flash Facial. The spa's men's menu includes The Working Man's Facial, Back In Action, The Strong Back, The Tech Reset and The Full Reset, and teen facials Her Radiant Glow and His Clear Reset run 60 minutes each. A parent is welcome in the room for the entire teen visit. The Beauty & Botox Clinic offers Botox and other cosmetic treatments.

Appointments can be booked online at any hour and a valid credit card is required to hold one. Clients may request a particular practitioner, and if that person is unavailable, another team member is assigned. Late arrivals still receive a session that ends at the scheduled time, so arriving five to ten minutes early is requested. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Children, including infants, are not permitted in the spa, except that teen facial clients may have a parent present. Gratuity can be given in cash or added at checkout. Digital gift cards are sold online, do not expire and can be used for any treatment; the spa encourages use within 12 months. Physical gift cards are sold in person.
