The salon is in Suite 101 in Maple Valley. According to the salon, it specializes in everything hair. It is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during the day, and on Saturday until 9:30 PM. It is closed Wednesday and Sunday.

The menu covers children's cuts for ages 5 to 11, teen cuts for ages 13 to 18, and full service haircuts that include a complete blowout. Clipper cuts, shampoo and blowout, and special occasion styling are also offered. Color options include root retouches, grey blends, vibrant fashion color, toner and gloss, and several foil and balayage options in partial and full sizes.

Longer color and texture services often begin with a pre-lightening step, and smaller add-ons such as a detox treatment, tinsel or gloss can be paired with another service. Several services ask for a deposit when booked.

Hair extensions are a specialty to note. New clients have an extension consultation, which is free, before booking a full extension service. Existing clients book their next extension appointments by calling or texting the salon or their stylist.

For in-person bookings, the salon offers Buy Now, Pay Later for amounts from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can reschedule.
