Facial appointments range from a 45-minute Teen Facial to a 105-minute Dreamy Glow Facial, and the studio also offers chemical peels, microchanneling, back treatments, brow and lash services and waxing. New clients are asked to arrive five minutes early to complete intake and consent forms, and the first visit can be a consultation paired with a facial. Each session is customized to skin type and skin care goals. Facials include a steamy double cleanse, extractions and massage, and some add LED red light therapy. A Jelly Mask can be added to any facial for $20 in a choice of scents.

The advanced menu includes a chemical peel using the Linder Health Peel, offered in five options starting at $150, and the HydroDiamond Facial, which uses a Zemits DermeLuxx PRO device that the business describes as award-winning. Procell Microchanneling is not offered to first-time clients and requires a consultation and skin preparation first. Procell packages of two, three, four or six treatments are available, and a facial must be booked before an advanced Procell treatment. Retinoid products should be stopped seven to 14 days before a chemical peel, and peels are not performed on sunburnt skin.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. A late cancellation within 24 hours is charged 50% of the service price and forfeits the deposit. Arriving 10 minutes late cancels the appointment. A no-call, no-show is charged 75% of the service price, and those clients cannot book future services. Deposits are nonrefundable and go toward the total. Services, retail products and gift cards are final sale. Payment is accepted by cash (preferred), Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and card, with a fee on card transactions.
