The studio aims to celebrate Afro-textured and multicultural hair and to create styles that are neat, long-lasting and tailored to each client. The business describes its experience as luxury at affordable prices, according to the salon.

Appointments are booked online through a Glossgenius page. A non-refundable deposit is required for every booking, and the deposit can be moved once when rescheduling within the 48-hour window. Hours are Monday 11 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 5 PM to 6:30 PM, Friday 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Sunday 2 PM to 5 PM.

Wig installs and closure or frontal installs are priced separately from standard wig work. Wigs must be brand new, and natural hair should arrive clean, dry and detangled with shampoo not included. Wig installs need drop-off two to four days before the appointment so the wig can be customized.

Styling is built around each client, with an emphasis on tidy results that hold up over time and on celebrating Afro-textured and multicultural hair.
