The menu covers a wide range of looks: box braids and boho box braids, knotless and boho knotless braids, boho French curl braids, many cornrow styles such as Fulani, lemonade, feeding, wig foundation and stitch cornrows, Senegalese, passion and micro kinky twists, faux locs, starter locs, sister locs, retwists and retightens, along with crochet braiding, Miracle Knots, pick and drop human hair braids and sew-in weaves. Sister Locs and Miracle Knots were added in 2010. Prices vary by style and size, and many services are listed as starting prices.

Before a booking, the salon offers a consultation to help choose a style that suits the client's hair. Appointments are secured with a $50 deposit, which goes toward the cost of the style rather than adding to it. Cancellations made at least 72 hours ahead receive a full refund.
