Concierge care adds same-day appointments, priority access, house calls and a health concierge available around the clock. Memberships exist for individuals, children, couples and families, and employers can offer them to staff. Direct primary care starts at $54 per month for children ages 0-18 and $90 for adults 19 and up when paid annually, with a 10% discount on annual payment.
