The menu is built around three groups. The Russian manicure is offered as a basic service, with gel polish, or with extensions. Basic manicures do not include polish, so gel polish is a separate line. The smart pedicure is also waterless and e-file based, with a basic version and a gel polish version. Nail art and enhancements include solid colors, chromes, ombre, and floral designs, and can be added to any manicure or pedicure. Pricing for nail art depends on the design and the time it takes. Basic Russian manicures run from $55 (90 minutes, Junior Master) up to $100 (60 minutes, Top Master/Owner), and smart pedicures run from $70 to $140. Prices are shown in full and the final price is confirmed when you book.

Visits begin with a complimentary lounge that offers a curated beverage menu, and clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early. Hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Friday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Central Time. First visits usually take about 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the tier and service, and there is no separate consultation step. Waterless work means no soaking, no nipping, and no blades. Callus care during a smart pedicure uses a disposable sanding disc. Reusable metal tools are heat-sterilized in sealed pouches between clients, and files and other single-use items are opened in front of you. Gel is placed close to the cuticle in four stages, and the edges are capped and sealed.

A few booking rules are worth checking before your visit. Reserving online requires a credit card on file, but the card is only held and is not charged ahead of time. Changes or cancellations made with under 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, can be charged 50% of the service total. Requests sent by phone, text or direct message are reviewed by a manager, and new clients, long services and last-minute appointments may be asked to book online or pay in advance. The 4-Hands service, in which two masters work together on a single session, is available only on request and depends on whether two masters are free. Any concerns about the work should be brought up within seven days; the studio then offers a no-cost redo, known as a Free Fix. Clients who are pregnant, have nail damage or have any infection should say so, so the service can be adjusted or rebooked. The studio works on hands and feet for nail and skin care and makes no medical claims.
