The medical weight loss and performance programs are overseen by a physician. Essential Optimization is a monthly program that starts with a physician consultation, lab ordering and interpretation, and a one-time wellness and fitness assessment with a one-time training and activity plan. It continues with monthly physician follow-up and, when clinically appropriate, evaluation for GLP-1 medication. VIP Comprehensive Transformation adds weekly one-on-one personal training, monthly wellness and nutrition review, and concierge physician access. Founding rates of $497 and $847 per month apply to the first 10 enrolled patients for three months, then the standard rates of $597 and $997 per month take over. Program fees do not cover medication, compounding, pharmacy costs, lab testing, imaging or outside services. The medication is paid separately, patients may use the pharmacy of their choice, and the business can help pursue insurance coverage or cash-pay pricing through partner pharmacies, though neither is guaranteed.

Mobile IV hydration is clinically selected for each visit. Base fluids are normal saline, Lactated Ringer's and Plasma-Lyte, and the base package covers the mobile visit, IV placement, monitoring and the chosen fluid within the local service area. Optional enhancement blends and wellness injections are billed separately after clinical review, and exact ingredients and doses are confirmed before treatment. Injection-only mobile visits are also available. NAD+ is offered as a complete mobile infusion at 250 mg or 500 mg, and the 500 mg version needs additional infusion time.

Peptide therapy starts with a $99 physician eligibility evaluation, and that fee is applied in full to the first prescribed program. Patients can complete it virtually or in a hybrid format. The process covers an individual evaluation, education, choosing a treatment, reviewing where the peptides are sourced, and ongoing monitoring for patients found eligible. Compounded peptides have not been approved by the FDA. Eligibility, formulation, dose and final price are settled after the evaluation, and laboratory charges for peptide therapy are billed separately.

Consultation requests are answered within 24 hours. Diagnoses, medications, medical history and insurance details should be left out of the public form and are instead shared through a secure channel. Each service opens with a clinical review. A consultation makes no promise of eligibility, a prescription or any specific treatment. Ketamine therapy, skin rejuvenation and procedural sedation support are listed as planned or still in development. Active duty members, veterans, and National Guard and Reserve members receive 10% off eligible membership and professional-service fees, which cannot be stacked with promotional pricing.
