Aesthetics Rox was founded by Roxanna Barzegar, a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is also the lead injector. She opened the studio after years at a high-volume med spa, aiming to offer honest care tailored to each client. The practice is in Suite 2012 of The Summit Building, with free parking. The business says it was named Best Of 2026 by My East Cobb and describes itself as five-star rated. It calls itself a practice that is not a traditional med spa, with a calm, personal setting and a limited schedule. Medical direction is provided by Dr. Emery Jamerson, MD, an ophthalmologist and oculofacial surgeon in private practice in Marietta.

A visit starts with a free 15-minute video consultation, and in-person consultations cover the details of concierge visits and small group appointments. Every appointment is one-on-one with the founder, with no rotating injectors and no trainees. Treatment appointments are booked in 40-minute slots at minimum. After booking, clients receive a personal access code for the private studio, and they may bring a friend or partner. Some appointments are kept off the public online calendar, and clients with specific needs can message the practice directly. Consultations are informational and do not guarantee outcomes. Botox and Dysport are used to soften forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet and areas of facial tension. Botox is priced per unit at $12 for non-members and $10 for members, and most clients use 25 to 50 units, a typical total of $250 to $500; a unit estimate is discussed before treatment. Dermal filler is priced per syringe at $600 to $800 depending on product and area, and is used in the lips, cheeks, under-eye and mid-face, jawline and chin. A lip flip relaxes the muscle around the upper lip without adding volume, and neck smoothing softens vertical neck bands. Jawline and chin work is planned together with the cheeks and neck. The practice uses the Juvederm line, and the business states that Juvederm has the most FDA approvals by a wide margin. Typical durations given are three to four months for Botox and Dysport, six to 12 months for lip filler, and 12 to 18 months for cheek and jawline filler. Botox or Dysport is recommended at least two weeks before a major event, and filler at least three to four weeks before.

The VI Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel applied with a towelette during a 15-minute visit, and it can be done before injections in the same visit. It costs $325 per peel for non-members and $285 for members, and a three-peel package is available on request. Peels are not recommended during a cystic acne or eczema flare, after recent unprotected sun exposure, or during pregnancy or nursing, and prescription retinoids are generally stopped about a week beforehand unless the practitioner advises otherwise. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle and membership, referral and thank-you credits. Cherry split payments let any treatment be divided into four bi-weekly payments at 0% interest with no hard credit check, and Alle Pay plans are offered for multi-syringe treatments. Clients also earn points through the Allē rewards program. The Rox Reserve membership costs $50 per month, builds $50 monthly toward treatments and saves $2 per unit on Botox and Dysport, with priority booking and member intro pricing on new services. It has a six-month minimum commitment and no sign-up cost, and credits roll forward until used. Referral credits of $50 go to both the referrer and the new client after the first visit, and clients booking through the New Client Quiz receive $75 toward treatment. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice.
