The menu is built around eyelashes and brows. Eyelash services include Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume full sets, refills on a two-week schedule, a lash lift with tint, and removal. A full set takes about 90 to 120 minutes and a refill about 45 to 60 minutes. Removal is a 30-minute appointment in which a gel remover is left on the extensions for about ten minutes and then wiped away.

Brow services include classic microblading and Nano Brows, along with a 3D microblading option. Microblading uses a manual tool with fine needles to create hair-like strokes in the upper skin layer, and shading can be added to the strokes for a fuller look. A prescription-strength topical anesthetic is applied before the procedure and reapplied during it. The procedure itself takes about an hour, and a full appointment usually runs 2.5 to 3 hours. Microblading generally needs two sessions, with a touch-up six to eight weeks after the first and annual touch-ups after that. The business says results typically last one to two years before touch-ups are needed. Every microblading appointment requires a consultation before booking, and microblading is not offered to clients with certain medical conditions, who are asked to check with their doctor first.

Waxing covers eyebrow, lip and cheek. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and lash glue, and to book the service that matches where their full set or refill falls in its cycle. After lash services, clients are asked to keep lashes dry and avoid wetting them for the first day, and to wash their face within 24 hours, or within 12 hours if their skin is sensitive. Lash lift clients should keep lashes dry for 24 to 48 hours, avoid oil-based products, and never use an eyelash curler. Korean lash lift and tint clients are advised to schedule a retouch at about eight weeks.
