The practice works from a consult-first model: options are explained before any treatment is recommended, and treatment plans are shaped around each client's budget, lifestyle and skin. The focus is natural-looking, balanced results and long-term outcomes rather than quick fixes. Consultations are complimentary and booked as 30-minute appointments with a nurse injector or aesthetician, and some new injectables clients can be treated at the same visit, depending on provider availability.

Advanced skin treatments include IPL photo-facials, microneedling, RF microneedling, nanoneedling and exosome-based options, used for concerns such as acne scarring, sun damage, pigmentation, texture and loose skin. Chemical peels range from 5-Berry and Lactic peels up to VI and TCA peels, and most peel appointments take about an hour. Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Letybo, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella, with follow-up visits for several of them offered at no charge.

Beyond the skin and injectable menu, the studio offers facials, hot stone back facials and multi-session facial packages, brow and lash services, waxing in a private room, laser hair removal and tattoo removal for small areas, EliteSculpt body sculpting and teeth whitening. Ear piercing is offered for adults and children. Children are seen only for scheduled child-friendly services, and a parent or guardian must be present for every ear piercing client under 18.

Treatments are performed by trained providers under medical oversight, with a medical director working alongside the licensed team. The practice aims for natural-looking, balanced results and plans treatment around skin first.
