The Totowa office serves Passaic County communities including Wayne, Clifton, Little Falls, Woodland Park, Hawthorne and Pompton Lakes, plus surrounding North Jersey towns.

Every new treatment plan starts with an individual consultation covering goals, medical history, prior treatments, risks and alternatives. That visit may lead to a treatment plan, a recommendation to wait, or advice against treatment. Same-day treatment after a consultation is possible but not assumed, since it depends on the assessment and history.

Aesthetic services include neuromodulator injections using Dysport, Jeuveau and other Botox alternatives to soften fine lines and wrinkles, along with hyaluronic-acid fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and nasolabial folds. Biostimulators are made with either Sculptra or Radiesse. Microneedling makes small channels in the skin through a series of carefully controlled needle passes. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), drawn from the client's own blood, can be included in certain treatment plans. Skin booster and PDRN treatments aim to improve hydration, texture and overall skin quality instead of adding volume. A trapezius neuromodulator treatment is available for shoulder and neck tension and to shape the shoulder line; this is an off-label aesthetic use. IV vitamin infusions deliver chosen fluids or nutrients directly into the bloodstream, overseen by clinical staff, and only after a screening and informed consent process.

Medical weight management starts with an individual assessment that reviews goals, history, current medications and past weight-management efforts. A plan may not involve medication. Prescription treatment is offered only when it is clinically appropriate and legally available, and no particular drug is guaranteed. The practice also hosts private neuromodulator parties by request. These are private group events of about three hours, and each guest completes required forms and has an individual consultation before any treatment. Clients should not send medical history, medications, photographs or insurance details through the booking form or ordinary email, and the inbox is not monitored as an emergency service, so medical emergencies require calling 911.

Treatment plans are built gradually and conservatively around each person's anatomy, expressions and goals, with the aim of keeping recognizable features. Results are not guaranteed, and waiting or choosing an alternative is recommended when that suits the client better.
