The facial menu includes short add-ons such as high frequency, a clay mask, a jelly mask and dermaplaning. Longer facials include a 60-minute pineapple enzyme facial with a honey mask, a 60-minute rose jelly facial with a cooling mask, and a 75-minute dermaplane glow facial that adds a custom mask and a facial massage. A 35-minute express dermaplane glow combines cleansing, dermaplaning, a lip mask and moisturizer with SPF.

Lash appointments are organized as fills and full sets, in weekly, classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Weekly fills, which take 40 minutes, must be booked within seven days of the last fill and only when at least 70% of extensions remain. Hybrid full sets combine single extensions with handmade fans, and volume full sets use only handmade fans. Mega volume lashes are darker and fuller than regular volume.

Booking terms ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service applies if a client does not show up and gives no notice. Refunds are not offered for services already performed, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Clients who are unhappy with a service should contact the studio within 24 hours of the appointment, and a resolution may include a complimentary lash removal or another adjustment at the technician's discretion.
