New clients usually begin with either a Custom Facial or an Acne Bootcamp Treatment. The acne program starts with a consultation, a skin analysis and a first treatment, and returning clients typically come back every two to four weeks for extractions and LED with a scalp massage. A discounted Acne Bootcamp package is available for clients who want to commit to a series, and new clients who buy at-home skincare after an acne visit receive 10% off.

Other options include a 90-minute custom facial aimed at deep hydration and relaxation, a chemical peel offered in four versions, and a dermaplane facial suited to dryness, dullness and congestion. Clients can add a massage at booking, choosing scalp, shoulder, or hand and arm, through the consent form.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled.

Jenna works closely with each client to explain what is happening with their skin and to put together a routine they can keep up. Visits suit both focused skin work and a quiet hour for oneself, whether someone is coming in for facials, brows or lashes.
