According to the practice, its approach pairs medical aesthetics grounded in evidence with a tailored, whole-person view of healthy aging. Each consultation opens with a review of medical history and what the client is currently concerned about, and the provider walks through expected costs and what results are realistically possible before proposing a plan. Treatment takes place under the oversight of a medical group, with supervising physician Adam Villalba, M.D.
The menu is organized into several groups. Dermal fillers include Juvederm, Restylane and Versa, plus lip filler, cheek filler and EZ Gel, a filler made from components derived from the client's own blood draw. Collagen stimulators include Radiesse, priced at $800 per syringe, and Sculptra, priced at $800 per vial; the Sculptra plan starts with two vials and adds two more four to six weeks later, since its results build gradually over several weeks. Wrinkle relaxers include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin at $13 per unit.
Skin rejuvenation options include microneedling for the face, neck, decolletage and scars, a VI Peel, PRF or PDGF with microneedling, PDGF under the eyes, PRF and PRP injections, and neck tightening. Hair restoration uses PRF or PRP injections. Wellness services include GLP-1 treatment with tirzepatide or semaglutide and Wellness IV Therapy.
For clients who prefer not to travel, the provider offers home visits with a $100 travel fee. Groups can also host a Botox party, and hosts receive special pricing. Clients who want to keep results over time can enroll in ongoing care plans that adjust as their needs change.
