Visits often begin with a skin consultation, which can be held in person or virtually by phone call or FaceTime. An in-person session is one-on-one for 30 minutes and covers skin concerns, current routine and goals, with product recommendations. A consultation must be booked before any Acne Bootcamp treatment, and its fee goes toward the first Acne Bootcamp appointment. Custom facials run 60 or 90 minutes and begin with a short consultation. Options can include extractions, cooling ice globe therapy, facial massage, LED light therapy, high frequency, dermaplaning and ultrasonic exfoliation. The 90-minute facial includes a HydroJelly mask, which can also be added to the 60-minute facial for $10. A 30-minute Express Dermaplane Facial, with a double cleanse and products chosen for skin type, is also offered.

The Custom Chemical Peel takes one hour and is applied in layers, with intensity adjusted to how the skin responds across several treatments. Dermaplaning can be added to it. The business describes the peel as beginner friendly.
