Each visit begins with a conversation about the client's skin, and the treatment is shaped around what the skin needs on that day rather than a fixed routine. The stated aim is healthy, balanced skin with results that build up over time.

The studio is set up so clients feel comfortable and cared for, and appointments are calm and unhurried. Facials range from a 30-minute Express Facial and a hydrating Glow Facial suited to all skin types and first-time clients, to a Clearing Facial that works on oil balance and clogged pores, an Enzyme Facial as a gentler exfoliating option, and Anti-Aging and Customized Facials.

Advanced treatments include microdermabrasion, a minimally abrasive crystal treatment for skin texture, dermaplaning to exfoliate and clear dead skin, dirt, oil and fine vellus hair, and chemical peels to exfoliate and refresh the complexion. Clients planning a chemical peel are asked to stop using retinol two weeks beforehand. Red light therapy is available as a full-body session, a face and body combination, or an add-on to any service. Brow and lash services include lash and brow tinting, brow waxing and shaping, and lip waxing, with a combined brow wax, tint and shaping option. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or custom values through Square.
