Skincare appointments are booked on Tuesdays through Thursdays, from 9am to 3pm, with Friday from 10am to 4pm set aside for brow services only.

Facials are built around the individual. Each visit starts with a skin analysis that looks at skin type, current condition, lifestyle factors and what the client hopes to achieve. Depending on the need, a facial can include cleansing, controlled exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, serums and masks chosen for that client, work on the face and neck, and barrier support. The studio also offers corrective treatments for concerns such as acne, sensitivity and uneven tone, along with advanced options like microdermabrasion, medical-grade chemical peels, a no-downtime BioRePeel peel and microneedling combined with PDRN and serums.

Brow services range from shaping and tinting to henna brows, lamination, and semi-permanent microshading and ombre powder. Before any brow procedure there is a consultation to determine the most natural method for the client's existing brow hairs. Procedures usually run about three hours, including pre-mapping and numbing with a topical anesthetic. Microshading and ombre powder brows are done in two sessions: an initial appointment and a first touch-up at least four weeks after healing. Brow procedures are for clients 18 and older.

Booking rules are straightforward. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late have missed their appointment and forfeit their deposit, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service price. Guests and children are not permitted during appointments, and refunds are not offered, so clients are asked to raise any concern before leaving. Final pricing can change with treatment time and add-ons. Payment is accepted by major credit cards, cash, Zelle and Cash App. Gift certificates for facials are delivered instantly and can be used at any time.

The business describes its approach as informed by both clinical science and Korean skin therapy philosophies, with each facial adjusted to the client's needs on the day of treatment.
