Aesthetics by Alicia is a female-exclusive studio in downtown Albuquerque, located in Suite 9 at 1202 Central Avenue SW. Owner Alicia Samantha works as the esthetician at the studio. The studio describes its specialty as results-based esthetics delivered in a memorable experience, and its stated aim is to help people feel more confident by bringing out their natural beauty.

A visit typically begins with a 30-minute, one-on-one in-person skin consultation that includes a skin analysis, which the studio uses to tailor facial treatments to each client. Custom facials run 30 or 60 minutes. The consultation costs $10 and is free with the purchase of skincare products. Virtual consultations are available on request, and products can be picked up at no cost in a 10-minute time slot. Beyond facials, the studio offers waxing, which it recommends every three to five weeks depending on hair type and growth rate, along with Celluma LED therapy and chemical peels. Advanced treatments such as peels are performed by a licensed professional, according to the studio. Tooth gems are applied with dental-grade adhesive and are said to last two to nine months with proper aftercare. They use Genuine Swarovski Crystals, which the studio describes as lead-free and non-toxic. Any gem that comes loose is replaced free of charge within 30 days of the first appointment.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the service, and the same booking can be moved no more than three times. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; later arrivals count as late and must reschedule. No-shows and late cancellations carry a $25 fee. Guests, including children, are not permitted during appointments, and service times are approximate, so clients should leave enough time. All sales are final and not refundable.

Alicia is also the founder of Esthi's Supporting Esthi's, a collective of licensed estheticians created in fall 2021 that hosts virtual and in-person networking events. It is built around community over competition among beauty professionals.
