The business says its therapists are licensed and insured and can help clients choose a suitable treatment after an assessment of their needs. Clients can check a therapist's license on the TDLR website, and the business advises looking for the photo license displayed for each professional.
The menu covers a wide range. Swedish massage runs 50, 75 or 100 minutes. Deep tissue and sports massage includes hot stones, aromatherapy and Epsom salt. Other options include prenatal massage, lymphatic massage (which accepts HSA cards), cupping, reflexology and body exfoliation, and therapy for auto accident or post-surgical recovery. Facial services include a basic 50-minute facial, a steam facial, microdermabrasion, skin tightening and full-body exfoliation. There is also an infrared sauna body wrap, makeup application and permanent cosmetics priced from $150 to $350, and laser teeth whitening at $125 per 45-minute session.
Booking requires a credit card, which is held but not charged unless the cancellation policy is broken or payment is made after the session. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee applies to late changes and no-shows. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Sunday appointments add $5 and holiday appointments add $10. Couples can receive massages one after the other, though not at the same time. Hot towels, hot stones and aromatherapy may cost extra on certain days even when included with a purchase. Payment is accepted by PayPal and credit card, and gift certificates are sold online. Bookings made through a third-party marketing company may not cover every appointment time, tax, gratuity or added fee.
Most clients are professional women between 21 and 65, with some youth athletes and a few professional men. The business says a large share of its work comes from repeat clients and referrals, including doctors who refer patients for post-operative therapy. It also says it works with local authorities to stop illegal use of the title massage and to help prevent prostitution and human trafficking, and that its partners take part in community efforts including Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement and volunteering with Star of Hope.
The studio says its therapists assess each client's needs before recommending a treatment, with licensed and insured staff on hand throughout.
