The menu is grouped into color, enhancements such as extensions, weaves and Microlinks, natural styling like flat twists, twist sets and wash and go styles, everyday styling with steam-based hydration services, and fierce hair styling for precision cuts. A separate set of hair loss treatments includes scalp-focused options that follow a personalized consultation with trichology practitioners. Lash extensions, lash fills and brow services are also offered, along with add-ons such as a protein treatment and a virtual Hair Regimen Consultation that results in a written plan.

New guests reserve by phone or email, while existing clients can book certain services online. Appointments can be set up to six weeks in advance. Every service comes with a wash. Consultations are required before any color or extension service, and those services also can't be booked on the same day. Deposits apply to new guests and to The Works, The Works Plus, haircuts, braids, crochets, color, extensions and longer services. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

Policies are set out clearly: a card is required to schedule and cash is not accepted, cancellations made two or more days ahead carry no charge, and a grace period applies to late arrivals. Refunds are not offered, so concerns should be raised within 24 hours. Services are designed for guests 16 and older. Metered parking is in front of the salon, free parking is available throughout the neighborhood, and the salon recommends the ParkMobile app.
