Refills need to be booked within 2 to 3 weeks of the last visit. Touch-ups must be booked within 10 days and require at least 70% of extensions still in place. Clients coming in with extensions from another provider can book a foreign refill, and the extension type is chosen after the studio looks at the previous application. Removal and a full set can be done in one visit, which allows up to 2 hours.

Cancellations made online at least 24 hours ahead return the deposit or move it to a future appointment. Cancelling inside 24 hours means calling the studio and incurs a 50% fee.
