A first visit begins with a consultation with Dr. Barad and the specialists, where skin, concerns and goals are discussed. Treatment plans are customized to each patient's goals, lifestyle and the downtime they can accommodate, and costs are quoted at that consultation. Injectable plans are fitted to each patient's anatomy and facial structure. Consultations can be scheduled online or by calling (412) 683-3358. The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday from 10am to 7pm and Thursday from 10am to 5pm, and is closed on weekends. Patient financing is available.
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers in several formulations for volume, lips, folds and hands. Sculptra gradually restores facial volume, Radiesse adds structure to deeper wrinkles and the hands, and Kybella addresses fullness under the chin over a series of treatments. Renuva and LipoDerma are fat-based fillers, and PRP BioFiller uses components from the patient's own blood.
Beyond injectables, the center offers skin treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling with radiofrequency, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, oxygen infusion facials and subcision for depressed acne scars. Laser options range from erbium resurfacing and a fractional CO2 treatment to a photofacial and Fraxel-style treatments. Face and body services include Sofwave ultrasound for lifting the brow, neck and jawline, EmFace, Emsculpt Neo, truSculpt treatments, PDO threads and an in-office blepharoplasty. The center also lists men's services, sexual wellness treatments such as ThermiVa and Emsella, hair treatments such as KeraLase, exosome therapy and laser hair removal, and health and wellness therapies.
