The practice was founded in 1997 by Heather E. Culver, who had earlier opened offices in Texas and New York before settling in Carmel, Indiana.

Permanent hair removal is the core of the business, done with electrolysis and with laser hair reduction. Equipment includes SillouetTone epilators, MDelite lasers, and a TrilogyPro system that combines alexandrite 755nm, diode 810nm and YAG 1064nm wavelengths. Body sculpting, collagen induction therapy, micropigmentation, microblading, LED therapy, scar and spot removal, facials, and waxing are also offered. Prices on the site start at $45 for a 15-minute electrolysis session, $125 for a small laser area, and $10 for the least expensive wax.

Every visit is by appointment. Clients can book online at any hour, or text their name, the requested service and any special requests to 317-341-3806 if they want help or prefer to speak with someone. New clients and anyone trying a new service are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Some treatments come with pre- and post-care instructions, which are posted online and also given at consultation or the first visit. Missed or late appointments without 24 hours' notice may be charged up to the full cost of the booked service. The office is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed Sundays.

Free consultations are offered for electrolysis, laser hair removal and tattoo removal, and a free skin care consultation is also available. Parking is free, the space has disabled access, and the site lists WiFi and LGBTQIA friendliness. Clients can pay by cash, check, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
