Idy came to advanced aesthetics after working in ICU and trauma care. The practice aims to enhance natural features rather than change them, and treatment plans are built so that each client still looks like themselves. A visit usually begins with a consultation. A 30-minute consultation with Idy costs $50, and a 15-minute virtual inquiry is listed at no charge. Facial filler appointments include a consultation, facial assessment, treatment mapping, photos and post-care instructions. In-office before-and-after photos are kept as part of the treatment record and are not shared without written consent. Clients are asked to disclose recent illness, pregnancy, medical changes, allergies, surgeries and medications, including blood thinners, antibiotics or Accutane.

The office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 5pm, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturday 7am to 2pm, and is closed Sunday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee, and no-shows may be charged up to half the service fee and may need to prepay to rebook. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled or changed. Some services require a deposit, which is applied to the final balance. Payment options include credit and debit cards, cash, HSA/FSA for qualified medical services, Cherry monthly payments and Afterpay installments.
