Each appointment is with one client at a time, which leaves room to talk through skin concerns and the options available. Treatments are chosen after the skin and facial features have been assessed. The studio says it does not offer treatments a client doesn't need and does not promise overdone results.

Brows, facials, laser hair removal and head spa treatments can be combined into a single visit. Facials range from a deep cleansing facial with extractions, exfoliation and hydration, to a version with microdermabrasion, Hydralips, a back facial and the Hollywood Peel, which takes about two hours. Brow lamination typically lasts six to eight weeks, and home care instructions are explained after treatments, with follow-up questions answered by message.

Disposable materials are used, surfaces are disinfected between appointments, and products are sealed. Booking is online, with a confirmation and reminder sent by text. The remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment, and there is free parking in front of the studio.

Treatments are chosen only after the skin and facial features have been assessed, with the aim of avoiding unneeded treatments and exaggerated results.
