Aesthetic AF opened in 2025 as a boutique skincare business in Park Hill, founded by Amy Frances Kimmig-Carey, who owns it and serves as its LME. The studio sits on a tree-lined street in the south part of the neighborhood and has plenty of parking.

Care starts with a Skin Strategy Session, where skin health, barrier function, collagen, pigment, redness, acne history and lifestyle are evaluated before a plan is built. The Aesthetic AF Method is a personalized skin plan rather than a menu of single treatments, organized around four concerns: clearing, calming, evening tone and lifting. Plans move from corrective treatments toward maintenance, and facials form the base of most of them.

The facial menu ranges from hydration-focused options to acne, resurfacing, microcurrent and diamond-based facials, and a GLOW AF Facial is offered at a lower rate for new clients. Chemical peels address acne, congestion and melasma support, and microneedling, including the PLUMP AF and TIGHT AF RF versions, is used for texture, pores and fine lines. Microneedling may be postponed if there is active inflamed acne in the treated area.

Laser services include IPL photofacials for sun damage, brown spots, freckles and redness, laser hair removal, and Erbium YAG laser resurfacing done as fractional or ablative treatments. Laser and IPL visits begin with a skin assessment, and IPL settings are adjusted to each client's skin type and goals; topical numbing cream is available for comfort.
