The signature services are custom facials in 60, 90 and 105 minute lengths, priced at $175, $250 and $325. Those prices include all massage techniques, modalities and ingredients. The esthetician chooses the specific techniques at each visit based on what the skin needs at that appointment.

Several treatments can be built into a custom facial or added to it. Hydrafacial Glow is part of the 90 minute facial and Hydrafacial Glow Plus is part of the 105 minute facial.

New clients can start with an Anti-Aging Facial at $149, which includes a deep cleanse, facial massage, exfoliation by dermaplaning or enzyme mask, cold rollers, LED light therapy and an anti-aging serum, or an Acne Facial at $199, which includes the initial acne consultation and first treatment. New clients get 10% off their first product purchase, but they do not receive the RDS chemical peel, the Vivant Pro peel, liquid microneedling or microchanneling as a first treatment. The acne program involves a consultation and follow-up treatments every two to four weeks for at least three months, with clients using only products the studio's acne specialist recommends. According to the studio, the program has a 90% success rate within three months.

The VIP Club is a monthly membership at $149 that includes a 60 minute custom facial at a member rate, with perks such as 10% off skincare on the day of the appointment and a free birthday upgrade to a 90 minute facial. Membership requires a four-month commitment and one month's cancellation notice, and unused facials do not roll over. Members can upgrade to another facial with the membership fee deducted from the upgrade price. The shop sells skincare from many brands and gift cards, and orders of $150 or more ship free.

Each client moves through an initial consultation, a treatment plan made for their skin, and ongoing support that includes virtual check-ins. The studio says it selects professional-grade products.
