The business traces its start to 2019, when founder Katelyn Lalonde began Lash Culture. Lash services are the core of what is offered, and the team works in several extension styles.
Before every full set, a patch test is available for $35. It takes about 15 minutes and applies a small amount of adhesive and/or extensions to check for sensitivities. Removal is also offered for $35 and takes about 30 minutes, using a specialized remover to dissolve the adhesive.
Full sets take about 2 hours and fills take about 1 hour, except UV sets, which take 2 hours 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes respectively. Prices range from $90 for a classic or hybrid fill to $250 for a UV full set. Fills are accepted from other lash artists at the artist's discretion, and pricing may vary for those.
Booking policies: a 10-minute grace period is given for late arrivals, and later arrivals may need a shortened service or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours carry a 50% service charge, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable. A 2- or 3-week fill requires at least 40% of the extensions to remain; otherwise a full set may be needed. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Sunday.
Separately, the business runs training programs. Its mission is to empower and educate artists so they can deliver consistent results, and its programs use hands-on, experiential training aimed at adults seeking career advancement. The business says these programs prepare students to start their own businesses. Retail lash and aftercare products are also sold on site.
