The menu covers women's and men's cuts with styling, kids' haircuts, grey blending and grey coverage for men, and a range of color from all-over gloss and root touch-ups to balayage, foilayage and full or partial highlights. Color correction and global blonding are offered for more involved color work, with clients who have had box dye or permanent color directed to color correction. Other services include perms, a keratin smoothing treatment, updos for weddings and special occasions, shampoo and blowouts, and weft and K-tip extension services such as installation, move-ups and removal.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file, and some longer or more involved services need a deposit. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry fees charged to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday and Wednesday through Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM, and the studio is closed Tuesdays.
