The Provider Launch Package costs $3,995 all-in and is meant for providers starting a practice. It includes three months of membership and room rentals, compliance support, aesthetic training, mentorship and shadowing, business coaching, brand development and preferred product pricing. It can be financed through third-party lending partners, subject to lender approval, with $0 out of pocket and a 6-month deferral. After the included three months, ongoing costs are membership and room rental, and preferred product pricing continues while a provider remains active at the suites. The site says providers can be set up in about 14 days and that starting a business with the package requires $0 upfront.

Courses teach injectable neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and energy-based device instruction is included for members. Each session runs roughly six hours and combines lecture with hands-on practice. Participants train either in small cohorts or one-on-one, with close to one instructor for each student. Injection courses welcome both newcomers and experienced injectors. According to the business, its training is industry-leading and has helped hundreds of aesthetic practitioners establish their own practices.

Support extends beyond the room. The business helps practitioners find a medical director from its network, guides them toward malpractice insurance suited to their practice, and offers marketing guidance and business resources. Providers are responsible for their own malpractice coverage, and the site cites typical solo injector policies at $800 to $1,500 per year. According to the site, a traditional Chicago medspa startup costs about $100,000 to $300,000, while provider economics shown on the platform are pro forma projections rather than income guarantees.
