New clients can book a free consultation of about 15 minutes by phone or through the online booking page to talk through goals and treatment options. Treatment plans are tailored after that conversation. The team says it will not push products or services a client does not need, and it explains each step before treatment. Neurotoxin appointments begin with a provider consultation to choose the product.

Hopkins is by appointment only: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 2pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 6pm, with evening and Saturday times also by appointment. Berthoud is staffed every other Wednesday from 10am to 2pm. Hours are subject to change, so check the booking platform or call 612-895-5895 for current times. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a $75 fee.

Services range from injectable fillers and neurotoxin treatments to lasers, peels, skin rejuvenation, thread lifts and hormone replacement therapy. Massage, including deep tissue, is offered at Hopkins with add-ons such as CBD oil and cupping. Medicated weight loss options and functional medicine through Rodney Diffendaffer are also offered. Skincare products and gift cards are sold, and financing is available.

Care is education-based: the team guides clients in choosing treatments, tailors plans after a consultation, and says it does not push products or services a client does not need.
